Rendezvous Catering
Hi, we are Rendezvous Custom Catering & Street Treats, a gourmet food truck and catering company based out of Bozeman, MT. Our husband-wife culinary team loves the opportunity to support local growers & producers and to turn their delicious products –flour, eggs, meat, cheese, & vegetables—into delicious foods for you to enjoy.
Chef Nic has over a decade of experience in restaurants, catering, and guest ranches, and his wife Claire, has been baking since she can remember. Both are passionate about fresh, local, made-from-scratch food.
Rendezvous specializes in traditional pan-flipped crepes, sweet & savory, but is proud to offer daily specials, which allows our chef the opportunity to be creative with seasonally available ingredients. We offer gluten-free crepes as well, made of buckwheat & rice flour.
Our menu at the market will include:

We are proud to support Crema Roasting of Bozeman, Wheat Montana Farms, Springhill Farms of White Sulfur Springs, and Montana’s Best Meats of Whitehall, as well as a variety of others.
